When there are no photos/videos or forensic investigations then chats and calls and social media posts cannot be taken for granted. That's why there are efforts to collect and present all the hard evidence, as this is what will stand in trials. We have this footage from WW2 atrocities and even WW1 when imaging and forensic tech were scarce. Given our sophistication of imaging and forensic tech, it's a matter of time to prove these war crimes. [/quote]
