Know that what they are saying has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. That’s can be a difficult balance to achieve, but practice grounding yourself. Before you have to see them, sit down for a few minutes with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes and Say to yourself, I will only take what’s mine and I will leave the rest”. While saying that, imagine the energy from the earth coming up through your feet and a beautiful white light coming down through the top of your head. When you breathe out, visualize all the negativity leaving your body. You can also do this after seeing them as well to help rid yourself of that uneasy/sick feeling. [/quote]
