Singapore is about as densely populated as it comes, and they had very few Coronavirus deaths.
You do know Singapore is pretty much a really pleasant police state, full of 3rd country nationals who scrub everything round the clock?
This. Is this what you want for the US? No thanks. Though I guess it sometimes feels that we’re headed in that direction. Maybe this is why there is so much support for undocumented immigrants. Make sure there is a strong class of people to scrub the floors and clean everything up.
Being gay for men is illegal and they "cane" for gay infractions. Smoke weed and you might do years. Singapore is a police state.
Yep. But it’s all cool because any country is better than the US, amirite? The US is the pits, at least according to the Democrats.
DP but I like the US a lot and I also like Singapore, and China, and a bunch of European countries. Personally the US is the best country for me to be in right now. That could always change. I want to be in the country that gives me the best lifestyle for what I do. A lot of that has to do with money. I have to admit, walking around China, living there for a few weeks at a time, I can’t tell the difference in my daily life. When I was in Singapore there were some odd rules. I recall that my friends advised that I not make any disparaging comments about any religions, even jokingly. That was a bit of a turn off. But if someone offered me a 50% raise to move to China or Singapore, or any Western European country, I’d take it. I can sacrifice a little freedom of speech (a little) for some nice money
