I just found this thread--I'm a longtime (400+ classes) solidcore client and monthly member. I've been upset about the monthly membership price increase since it was announced, and like PPs, I got a lot of sympathy from coaches but haven't been able to solicit a response from Corporate. Now that the end of 2018 is only 5 months away, I want to figure out some way to raise this issue and actually get heard. Long-term, regular members don't get anything special and we are paying a TON. There are no showers, we still only have the short cancellation window...how about opening up the schedule for monthly members a day earlier? How about advanced-only classes (other than the occasional [supersolid] where you can only attend if you've taken 50 or 100 classes? There are a lot of us out there now and it would make for a better member experience. Anne M. is approachable in person. Maybe a few people sit down with her?
I'm a 100+ classes member, and I like the idea of trying to get more perks. I wouldn't support excluding some clients from some classes, though. The supersolids that I have attended have generally not been full. They are full the day before, and tons of people cancel at the last minute.
