The OP said the the FCPS person mentioned many "communities" prepping. While that could mean people in a certain geographic region, it could also mean ethnic/cultural background. Just because you don't agree with someone's opinion doesn't make that person a troll. It is especially interesting that the GBRS and the WISC seemed to have no impact, despite being high. We also don't know the actual words used by the FCPS employee on the phone. OP could have been paraphrasing from what she recalled of the communication. [/quote]
