Does that neighborhood actually walk to Chantilly? Google maps has them walking on the side of 50 to get there. I can't imagine that is correct. [/quote]

Why would they do that when they can walk through neighborhoods behind the library?

I think its not a designated walk zone hence why it was up for grabs to move, but the fact that it IS walkable to Chantilly means the low income kids who live there with transportation issues can still get themselves to school if they miss the bus, or stay after school for sports and get themselves home, etc.
