There was no sexual harassment. Period. There were creative differences which could have been handled better rather than what happened here: a diva launched a brutal and unnecessary campaign to pull rank, incite chaos, and ultimately destroy a colleague in a very public, highly orchestrated manner involving outsiders. She chose these path and deserves to suffer the consequences.
It was all a cooked up scheme to destroy this guy and steal his movie. These people are demons.
And the other actresses were in on the "scheme"? Bullshit.
No one is saying it was a plan with the other actresses. However it was what BL clearly wanted and she influenced those around her.
But Slate, Saks, and Hoover all seem to have arrived at their negative opinions on their own, before even talking to Lively. I don't see how you can argue she influenced them when there is text evidence they were frustrated or offended by Baldoni/Heath before some of these women had even met Blake.
There is text evidence showing she both influenced them and twisted frustration into SH to support her own claims. Jenny slate says in her deposition she felt her issues with Justin were resolved on set and this is not her lawsuit. Blake is using Jenny and twisting interactions that Jenny did not feel rose to the level of SH to fit Blake’s own narrative. Isabella testified in her deposition that when she texted Justin thanking him for creating a safe set that was reflective of how she felt at the time. So what changed? Isabella’s work with Justin was done. Oh, right she met Blake. And then there’s Colleen who if anything only had creative differences with Justin. Colleen has never once accused Justin of SH. And she testified in her deposition that Blake asked her to unfollow Justin. There is also a group chat between Justin’s agent, Blake’s agent, and the head of WME calling Blake the “ringleader” of the drama and asking for help “powering her down”. Whether or not these women liked Justin is not on trial here. Blake has brought serious career ending allegations of SH and the evidence does not support it. She’s trying to Frankenstein her way to a case by exaggerating every little problem that anyone ever had to fit her twisted narrative. If all of these women were SH’d, why hasn’t a single one joined Blake’s lawsuit?
