You know who no one is calling by name? Miju. IMO because no one is trying to invoke sympathy by painting her as a real person to turn emotional negative energy towards the other party. Miju gets to stay 'the baby' because no one thinks she is anything but a victim so she is given a level of respect that the others are not, or disrespect?
