I think 90 percent of Americans were scared off by DEI and its impact on jobs. The way it was implemented gave racial and gender benefits to certain groups and made it very difficult for other groups to compete for jobs. So there’s a wariness of electing a black woman for president today. The assumption being that DEI hiring will be back. It’s not fair, but Democrats really messed up during the Biden years. Which is another reason why Democrats struggle with trust even after the Trump disaster.[/quote]

Turn off Fox.  Do you seriously want to have to compete for jobs and everything else as a minority person or an immigrant or a trans person or a queer person? I'm sure you really don't unless you have to and there's good reason for that.[/quote]
