Odd since the FAQs at this link just say kids from five pyramids can opt in and the deadline expired.  Sounds like they want more kids but don’t

Gee.  Just imagine that when kids find out others are not opting in because of the uncertainty, some decide just maybe this is not a good idea.

Parents realizing that they may have to do kiss and ride on a daily basis.  They likely live close and assumed they would be in boundary, but now are realizing that this just may not work.

Whoever thought that opening a school before you set boundaries would work?  Did anyone on staff challenge this with Reid?  Who is making decisions?  Who does she listen to?[/quote]
