Most boys do have parents. And most boys have parents who are American citizens. But even if they aren’t American citizens, is the implication that they are therefore ignorant. That’s a pretty rude attitude and I completely disagree. My immigrant neighbors are 100% aware of their son’s obligations as a US citizen. [/quote]
