Lots of boys do not have parents. Lots of boys don’t have involved parents. Lots of boys have parents who are not American citizens and didn’t have to do that.

I understand that in the 1940s when the rule was made that women weren't allowed to serve in combat roles, but now that restriction has been removed. Women serve in combat roles now and are thriving. So why haven't the rules changed to include females over the age of 18? It seems odd to continue to only "draft" males.
