Howard County is far more charming than Loudoun County ever will be, and River Hill HS in HoCo ranks higher than any high school in Loudoun does. Howard County is beautifully and thoughtfully planned/put together, has beautiful parks, a nice mall, and greater diversity. Loudoun County is just an ugly, sprawling place with highways, wide roads, and a bunch of ugly data centers. Howard is closer to Annapolis, DC, Baltimore, the water, and NYC. Loudoun is in the middle of nowhere. Loudoun is only for white people who could only afford Annandale or Baileys Crossroads in Fairfax County or Indians who work in data centers. Aka it will be another Montgomery Village/Germantown/Clarksburg once it’s not all brand new and shiny anymore.[/quote]
