It would give the first set of people a few days to decide whether or not to accept the offered bump/retreat job before making the next set of rifs and bump/retreat offers. I'm not saying that's what they'll do, but someone on reddit posted a memo from IRS that described the typical process. So it's seeming like that's the directly they're headed. [/quote]
