Thank you for your help Jeff.  I called the phone number you listed and the call went through to a live person with a thick Indian accent that said “Thank you for calling support, how may I help you today.”  No mention of a company name, no phone tree to go through.  It seemed very suspicious so I hung up without saying anything.

I googled the phone number and couldn’t find a direct hit, but I found some online discussions where people had been contacted by scammers with phone numbers that started with 844-200[/quote]
