Heard trial, for the Heard side.  But that was a civil case.  Also, the prosecution tried to block her from being allowed to testify, but the judge ruled against that.  He did outline the scope of what she can testify to, and the prosecution, this morning, said they were concerned about what she will testify to, and they want to make sure within the scope of what the judge has outlined. I expect the defense will object a lot during her questioning. [/quote]
