Trump is a terrible person but he was clearly talking about Newsome potentially running for president.  He’s not confused about whether Newsome currrntly in present — [b]he just is often confusing to listen to because he’s not articulate in how he speaks[/b].  Also, Newsome lives rent free in his head.  [/quote]

As a president, or leader of even a small department, this is a significant challenge and weakness. It is mind blowing that this inarticulate person is President. [/quote]
