This. He doesn’t troll. He doesn’t deflect or distract. He says exactly what he thinks and wants to do. Then he does it. We need to start taking his threats and unhinged behavior seriously. He isn’t the senile grandpa spouting crazy sh*t in the nursing home. He is a lifelong madman who is quickly losing the small amount of cognitive function he had. And happens to have the most powerful job on the planet.


And the senile grandpa in the nursing home would also try to make good on what he spouts, except that he's in a wheelchair, his kids took away his car keys and he doesn't have the billions and the horde of slavering fans to do his bidding...

There are megalomaniac people all over the place - it's just that they didn't get more than they deserved from life and cannot bring grandiose projects to fruition.

He’s not trolling. And although we’re in the dementia thread, I don’t think he has dementia.

Trump intends to stay in power. It doesn’t mean he’ll succeed, but he’s not trolling or joining or creating a distraction. He’s messaging his intentions. He’ll see how it goes over. This is his M.O.

Trump is a terrible person but he was clearly talking about Newsome potentially running for president. He’s not confused about whether Newsome currrntly in present — he just is often confusing to listen to because he’s not articulate in how he speaks. Also, Newsome lives rent free in his head.


As a president, or leader of even a small department, this is a significant challenge and weakness. It is mind blowing that this inarticulate person is President.
