People who might otherwise use that parking lot have a right to complain. The public school kids who could use the field aren't pressed for parking, they can walk to the field from school. [/quote]

Perhaps instead of the British school, the WTU  teachers from Hardy could park at Jelleff.  It might be a lot to ask to get them to walk half a block but they might step up . Then their parking lot could be given up to an on-site playing field for the Hardy students.  Win win except perhaps for the British school. BTW  How much does the British school pay DC/Jelliff to use the parking lot for its vehicles?[/quote]
