Jason Howland, founder of a group called the "American Patriot Council" and former Republican candidate for the Michigan state legislature, charged with obstruction among other crimes for breaching the Capitol on January 6. Howland was in the Capitol with Ryan Kelley, who ran for Governor of Michigan and is currently serving a 60-day sentence in federal prison.
