No one said he was criminally charged.  But there was obviously enough evidence of serious misconduct that Liberty U expelled him, which is what the media outlets reported  Sometimes it takes more than an Ivy League degree to sniff out the details of a story.   "Lesser" outlets than the NYT clearly have their place.[/quote]

Isn't forced non-consensual sex the definition of rape?  I'm thinking that the victim didn't want to go through pressing charges, the university had heard enough to want him out so they kicked him out based on breaking university policy rules...[/quote]
