We would make no money on the sale. So we rent it out to cover the mortgage until the market bounces back a little. It's getting there but not quite. When it's a better time to sell and when we are 2 income again instead of just one income, we will buy here. I am 29 but my husband is a bit older than I am and is not in law. [/quote]
