The colleges aren't the least bit transparent with their data, i.e. how many spots for hooked students, how many spots locked up in ED, what are the real cut offs for test scores/GPA etc by race, gender, location, major etc. Kids apply in RD to many schools because they have to in response to the system the colleges put in place and benefit from. You are focused on the wrong end of the process. [/quote]
