And zero press releases from nteu? Odd.
Oh, shut up. And crawl back in your hole.
Ok, GG. Too bad you can’t just answer the question.
lol, too bad you are such a troll.
So no answer, GG?
Can you seriously not figure this out on your own? It’s pretty simple.
Uh, no it’s not simple, GG. If a party wins a big arbitration, that party usually mentions it somewhere. Pretty standard. Even if it’s going to be appealed.
So you think we are making this up or something?
Yes. Or exaggerating.
PP you think they are lying about the arbitration decision? How odd.
What’s “odd” is that it’s been kept a secret. Like a bunch of 13 yo girls talking about who they have a crush on. So unprofessional and shady and weird.
So you think it’s professional to share the details of the union email on an anonymous listserv?
No. The details of the arbitration decision / written opinion. Learn. To. Read. That this is so secret is shady as hell.
It’s hardly a secret when it’s been mailed to much of the agency. I doubt there was even much of a conscious thought of whether to send it to non-union members, but if there was a way to encourage membership in the union, I’d have no issue with it. If he had anyone who you were remotely friendly with (questionable given your attitude here), I’m guessing they would share it with you since it is not secret. Hell, if you asks HR or management, they might even give it to you. Lastly, have you tried Google or even Westlaw, I wouldn’t be shocked if it is posted somewhere.
