One management wants to play ball and renegotiate the contract with some regular telework. Or two, the union has completely given up and we should all stop paying dues.
The more likely scenario is what the Union hinted at in the fall and it will start having staff send emails or letters detailing how the lose of telework has impacted them. Atkins won’t GAF but at least he will know what he’s done to people.

But forget the actual opinion. The bigger question is, why hasn’t the union widely publicized the decision (like they publicize every other “win,” from softer toilet paper to towels in the gym)???

Oh, shut up. And crawl back in your hole.
Ok, GG. Too bad you can’t just answer the question.
lol, too bad you are such a troll.
So no answer, GG?
Can you seriously not figure this out on your own? It’s pretty simple.
Uh, no it’s not simple, GG. If a party wins a big arbitration, that party usually mentions it somewhere. Pretty standard. Even if it’s going to be appealed.
So you think we are making this up or something?
Yes. Or exaggerating.
PP you think they are lying about the arbitration decision? How odd.
What’s “odd” is that it’s been kept a secret. Like a bunch of 13 yo girls talking about who they have a crush on. So unprofessional and shady and weird.
So you think it’s professional to share the details of the union email on an anonymous listserv?
No. The details of the arbitration decision / written opinion. Learn. To. Read.
That this is so secret is shady as hell.

Ah, I see. So when the Union wants me to fill out a survey or send emails or something else to advance its agenda, I’m supposed to do that. But I’m not important enough to see the stupid arbitration decision? Got it.
Btw, the union filed the grievance on behalf of all BU members, not just dues paying members.
Just join the union bro.
Sure, so they can use my dues to negotiate a CBA that’s not worth the paper it’s printed on? I have better uses for my money — like using it for toilet paper.

What kind of follow up do you expect? They won’t know if the agency has appealed yet and, if there are ongoing negotiations, you can’t really expect that they would be broadcast in the middle of before either a deal was made or it fell apart.
