Ah, I see. So when the Union wants me to fill out a survey or send emails or something else to advance its agenda, I’m supposed to do that. But I’m not important enough to see the stupid arbitration decision? Got it.

Ultimately, if taken through the court system it will be worth the paper it is written on. But it will take years. There is only so much one can do when the other side blows up everything and could care less. [/quote]
