Not recent history but my daughter had him as a HC on FCV GA. He was good to her because he liked her, but its no secret he plays favorites and selects those players to do 1:1 training with him. We did for years because it was convenient, and we did see an improvement in her game. But beware, if he does not like your player they will not only get zero playing time, he will degrade them in front of the team too. In terms of style he's more possession-based tiki taka, at least the last time we had him as a coach. It was one of the main reasons we left the mega club we started with for FCV. The DA program training was a cut above anything we have seen in recent years with my younger player. [/quote]
