The titans of tech are largely funding the ballroom. Trump hosted them for lunch a few days ago. It should be noted that these same titans of tech, according to Bloomberg, are planning large monuments to themselves in the Bay Area. One tech billionaire is planning to rebuild the ancient wonder The Colossus of Rhodes, sheathed in gold, on an island in the San Francisco Bay, but with his face plopped on.
