Here's how it was stolen. They have it on surveillance video.

Apparently the Secret Service agents were seated at the bar, between Noem's table and the front door. I'm not sure what they can do from that distance...other than racially profile patrons who head towards the back of the restaurant.[/quote]
Anyone besides me notice the head of DHS, which heads Secret Service, is never questioned about why her Secret Service detail missed a guy coming up and taken her purse full of cash and her passport?
