A lot of the stupid bloat needs to be cut because dems let Biden administration through money at everything without thinking. I feel ashamed as a US taxpayer for the kind of things coming out of USAID and we don't money to support people at FEMA. DP.  There have been hiring freezes for most of the past ten years.  Last year, lots of agencies were finally able to hire lots of new employees, both young grads and older more experienced employees to help build the replacements of the old-timers who are facing retirement.  Not bloat but needed people.

Contractor hires are also slowing because decision makers and agency decision heads arent feeling empowered when so many contracts are being cancelled. [/quote]
