This is a classic example of people holding Israel to a higher standard. So in your baffled mind, it is okay for hamas not to adhere to the ceasefire, yet Israel should? There is reporting that the agreement was for Israel to suspend drone activity prior to the ceasefire in order for Hamas to coordinate and communicate with themselves to get the list of the three captives. Israel did not suspend the drone activity and hence the delay.

Since there are attacks everyday, the suspension was needed to ensure that the names given were still alive.
