Israeli air strikes succeeded in killing 10 in between the time of the start of ceasefire and the announcement of the names of the hostages to be released.
I am baffled as to how and why Netanyahu was not able to budge for a short while but needed to use this opportunity to kill
You’re baffled? Really? One side did not adhere to the agreement and you expect the other side to? Nothing baffling about it, could not be clearer. This is a classic example of people holding Israel to a higher standard. So in your baffled mind, it is okay for hamas not to adhere to the ceasefire, yet Israel should? Check your reflexive anti-semitism.
There is reporting that the agreement was for Israel to suspend drone activity prior to the ceasefire in order for Hamas to coordinate and communicate with themselves to get the list of the three captives. Israel did not suspend the drone activity and hence the delay.
Since there are attacks everyday, the suspension was needed to ensure that the names given were still alive.
Israel did not adhere to their agreement.

Let’s see how long it takes them to blame Israel. Hamas thrives on this stuff, loves trying to look like the victim here. And of course our local hamas booster (the one who loves to mention spittle) will also come in blaming Israel. So predictable.

Except we know the deal's already out there. Delaying accepting it doesn't somehow magically make it Trump's deal, that is unless you're someone who's brain damaged and can't recall anything that happened a week or more ago.
Biden could have forced the Israeli to agree to this back in November. Bibi and Biden are in lock step. No ceasefire or release of the hostages till Hamas and all Palestinians are dead. Trump could care less about Bibi. In fact he hates him. Trump is not going to waste his time holding Israel’s hand. The US SOS, D/CIA, etc. are not going to be living in Tel Aviv.
If Bibi crosses or disrespects Trump Israel will be humiliated by Trump.

Israelis are a lot of things but courageous is not one of them, Infact they are the biggest propagandists and cowards ever to live.
