They are pretty much checked out.[/quote] Some did for sure. Everyone didn't live close together, though. The youngest boomers (1946 - 64) are coming up on 60; still working age. I'm 53. My grandparents didn’t help raise me. I can think of one or two friends who even saw their grandparents regularly. [/quote]
