+1. I find it hard to believe this prenup is going to stand. Under CA law she'd be entitled to 1/2 of the assets accumulated during the marriage of 20 years, which is going to be a whole lot more than $1million. He'd be smart to settle. I agree with PP that Costner's treatment of her is horrible. And he's trying to kick her out of the house? I wouldn't go willingly either. [/quote]

Yes, and it was upheld. She kept everything including all the houses other than paying him 1.3 million plus 100k a month alimony for 18 months. He had to leave the home he was living in. Her monthly income in 2021 was 1.9 million (the Voice and her talk show) and her child support payments ended up at $45k a month[/quote]
