The trick is really to eat whole foods that do not come out of a package with ingredients. I’m glad I had an impact! Try banana in your oatmeal. It sounds bad but actually is good. I chop it into a dice. That big salad Alexandra ate sounds yummy. So my weight has crept up a few pounds for some reason. It’s annoying. I may need to limit snacking. Not sure what’s going on.
