Kate[/quote] Woo hoo! That sounds like a great day. I’m right around 10g for the day, between my pre-workout snack, some pb, and one square of dark chocolate. Lots of healthy meals: Greek yogurt with cherries and almonds; chicken, veggies, and goat cheese; homemade minestrone with lots of veggies.
