The immigrants who come to this country for professional jobs are going to have higher educational background and skills than the average person in their home country. It’s not surprising their children would be over represented at TJ. The ne admissions policy fiddled with the numbers to get a desired outcome. It didn’t try to admit the most interested and ready kids. [/quote]
