Judaism doesnt blanketly prohibit it but it certainly doesnt take it lightly. Jewish law holds that the health and life of the mother is paramount. The article is a very simplistic look at one aspect of the law and really only deals with whether a person who kills a child that hasnt been born deserves the death penalty, not whether the fetus/baby can be aborted.
