Jesus bloody christ, if having sex with your spouse is so horrible that you think taking out the garbage is much more worth you time , then you need a.lobotomy. oh.wait you'd need a brain first.
You just don't get it. You don't listen. You cannot understand anyone's perspective than your own. You are rude and condescending. Gee...can't imagine why your wife won't touch you.
That last comment does so much collateral damage. Yes, the PP you're responding to is being obtuse. But the "just-so" stories where a wife will want to have sex with a husband if only he'd be a better listener and more attentive just aren't true in a lot of cases. Creating a presumption that a wife's lack of sexual interest is a reflection on a husband's worth as a man and as a husband makes it so much harder for couples to work through these things. If a wife gets some horrible disease, it's much easier for a husband to live without sex without a lot of resentment. Because he knows it's not her judging him as unworthy.
It is absolutely the case that my friends who don't want their husbands it's because the husbands criticise them, belittle them, take them for granted, are rude and selfish. Resentment is a powerful libido killer.
