It is absolutely the case that my friends who don't want their husbands it's because the husbands criticise them, belittle them, take them for granted, are rude and selfish. Resentment is a powerful libido killer.

See the point? Regular sex is not some new out of the blue requirement from men. It is a baseline part of all normal male/female relationships. Wives don't become wives without having regular sex. And you cannot just take that away and expect to remain monogamously married.

The truth is sex drive decreases dramatically for most women as they approach menopause. Simply a biological fact of life. And as men reach about the same age, the drive is there, but the equipment is less, um, reliable. The perfect storm.
