Why the heck would anyone bother checking their temp?  You can't have a temp caused by an infection without feeling like total s**t.  You don't need a thermometer to tell you you have a temp. You need a thermometer to tell you exactly what your temp is.  And you need a thermometer to find out if your kid is just pretending to have a temp to miss school back when we had school.  And nobody sufffering from a temp due to covid is going to show up to play soccer.  They'll be sitting at home feeling miserable - because that's what fevers do - they make you feel miserable.[/quote]
