Exactly. The ECNL badge isn’t the only badge that gets you invites to ID sessions and allows you to play at showcases in front of college coaches

You "chasing the badge" people need to learn what you are talking about. The girls want to play on the best team possible and against the best competition possible.   Below are the rankings for teams in the leagues that the local teams play - ECNL and GA (i.e., the teams they could play on and the competition they would face in those leagues.  I have also highlighted the S. MD and N. VA teams the local girls could conceivably play for.

The badge chasing was specifically directed at 2011 FVU and parents willingness to put up with coach and club rather than going to another team. 
If you are saying that you are at FVU because your daughter wants to be on the best team she can make. Great. But then don’t complain all year about the coach and club.

Can't they want to make the best team possible and still recognize that there are organizational issues that need to be fixed.  They tried out for a team, and their coach quit mid year.  They didn't know that was going to happen.  Is that not something they should be able to complain about?  [/quote]
