It is really hard for orgs without rec leagues to get access to any county turf fields for practices. That's why the st james had so many problems with fields. Clearly Valor has found a loophole where financially they are separate from the rec leagues but they use the rec leagues field space. If Valor tried to get their own field space from the county, they would not get much or any b/c they do have their own rec league. Not sure why the people who run CYA and SYA are OK with this as they are supposed to be running a program for rec sports and rec players. ($$$ changing hands???)[/quote]
