You missed a word.  The word is "forcibly".  And, as the case law has developed, this means actual force or threats of force made with sufficient wherewithal to cause a reasonable person to fear noncompliance would lead to injury.  It is more than what you wrote.  For example, merely touching an ICE agent, as Pretti did, would not be a felony under 18 USC 111.[/quote]
