AC and GL are U12G coaches. I believe GL is currently completing his B License which means he already has his C and D licenses as those are pre-requisites. AC looks like he has a a couple grass roots licenses (9v9 and 11v11) which seems pretty reasonable for a second team coach. And to be honest, my kids have had and seen plenty of coaches (at Valor and beyond) with D,C, and B licenses who are not very good. [/quote]
