In my Utopia, yes. Everyone is paid a very healthy salary commiserate with their training and experience. Money is set aside for research, and maintenance on buildings and equipment, etc. But any money leftover is not used to pad corporate pockets. Any monies left beyond that mean that premiums were too high and should be lowered accordingly. [/quote]
