I don’t know what happens in other age groups, but PP should not speak as though they know what’s happening across the whole club. Valor definitely has issues but it’s just not true that changes are only made after spring tryouts. Sounds like PP’s experience was a problem with a specific coach being too chicken to piss off certain parents. I have been surprised at how many kids who have been moved down (or not moved

It’s absolutely true its very extremely rare for them to do midseason bump ups.. and I’ve never heard of any team demoting midseason.  I highly doubt any kid was moved down.   [/quote]
