Sounds like a reasonable statement to me.  We are all thinking about high school, well before middle school, so if the middle school is acceptable, but the high school option is unclear or it sucks, then that middle school aint looking so flash either... although 99% OOB may be an exaggeration.... Explain to me why the composition of Eaton will differ DRAMATICALLY from the composition of Key or Mann (unequivocally better schools)? Or, are you expecting them to go 99% OOB too? Why? What would have changed? (Recall, traditionally Key and Mann students don't attend Hardy (or Wilson) as it is.)

Moreover, Hardy is not being removed from Wilson. It was a silly place-holder note (worthy of more exploration, to be sure), but nothing more. You will see on Thursday that the note is long gone. Book it. [/quote]

Reasonable that if the high school is up in the air then the middle school states to look less attractive and then the numbers and the % OOB in the upper grades of elementary drop off. But to 99% out of bounds seems a bit of an exaggeration.

In any case, if Hardy is still feeding to Wilson all is well for those who want to send their kids Wilson. [/quote]
