It's about how she demeaned herself so the firm could get a car account, only to have Don sever that account for his usual disdain-for-client/tempermental-creative-type BS reasons. Of course she did it to get the partnership, but everyone got the benefit of it and she bore the whole sacrifice. Plus Don has such a cavalier attitude about money - "I'm already rich, who cares if we lose Jaguar..." so in light of what Joan put herself through to secure her/her son's financial future, I can definitely get why she's had enough of him.
