Nowhere do I state that underqualified blacks should be hired? In fact, I stressed the word similarly. And once again, you failed to address my points which is very telling. Where is your proof for what you state regarding hiring practices?

Affirmative action DOES apply to the executive level. Those diversity slots go to white women. BTW, it's interesting that you assume the only way a black person could reach the executive level is by benefit of affirmative action.
